  • Determines training needs by observing sales and service encounters; studying sales, service and customer experience results reports; conferring with management
  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
  • Deploying a wide variety of training methods
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically
  • Identifying training needs
  • Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers
  • Build quarterly and annual training program
  • Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
  • Optimizing training processes for efficiency
Education& Experience
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • 5+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
  • 3+ years of experience with designing training programs and workshops
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods/modals
  • Knowledge of learning and development best practices
  • Ability to lead a full training cycle
  • Great team leader
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
