Job Description

Dear Professionals Greetings!! Position : Assistant Manager Qualification : Company Secretary Experience : 2 - 4 Years(From listed companies) Location : Hyderabad Location Job Responsibilites:

  • Co-ordinate with joint venture companies secretaries for mutual information sharing
  • Prepare Notices with regard to Board Meetings, AGMs etc., and ensure due compliance by sending the same promptly to Directors of the Company and other Statutory Authorities / Agencies.
  • Prepare Minutes of the Board Meetings, AGMs and maintain Attendance Registers of the Members for the said Meetings.
  • Maintaining of statutory records & registersas per Companies Act,2013 and as per SEBI Regulations
  • Hands on experience of writing minutes, conducting meetings, complying to statutorily and providing information to directors as per their request
  • Should be able to draft Minutes of Board Meetings, AGMs, Corporate Governance Report, Directors Report and other Reports which form part of the Balance Sheet of the Company.
  • Should be capable of preparing shareholding pattern and other periodical reports to file with various authorities like ROC, CDSL, NSDL, Stock exchanges etc.
