Job Description

    1. Sales Support:Assist the Territory Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet regional targets. Help in implementing sales plans, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement to drive revenue growth.
    2. Client Relationship Management:Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and prospects in the assigned territory. Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction, contributing to customer loyalty and retention.
    3. Market Analysis:Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitors, and assess market trends to provide actionable insights. Support the Territory Manager in planning strategies based on market dynamics and customer demands.
    4. Sales Reporting:Prepare detailed sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to the management team. Use data insights to monitor progress and recommend improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
    5. Customer Service:Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels. Serve as a point of contact for customers within the territory, facilitating smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
    6. Sales Administration:Manage the administrative aspects of the sales process, including order processing, contract management, and maintaining accurate sales records. Ensure that all documentation is updated, organized, and compliant with company policies.
    7. Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Share information, support cross-functional initiatives, and align efforts to meet organizational objectives.
    8. Field Visits:Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, collect market intelligence, and support the sales team in closing deals. Use these visits to gather feedback and gain insights into customer preferences and competitor activities.
    9. Training Support:Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure that they understand company processes, sales techniques, and tools, contributing to their success and growth.
