Job Description

Assistant Vice President, Record To Report This role will work closely with senior leaders across the business to establish a leadership development strategy and deliver outstanding learning experiences for leaders globally. The role involves lead a large team in supply chain management work type and ensure consistent service delivery and improvements over time.Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement
  • Understand current process and baseline performance metrics
  • Coordinate with team & ensure all necessary information is compiled, reviewed, and approved
  • Identify improvement areas for achieving operational excellence
  • Eliminate redundancy in end to end process by performing value stream mapping across sub process
  • RPA Implementation
  • Feasibility study of suggested process for process automation
  • Implement and manage internal SCF processes, draw the process flows and identify the break points, pain areas, continuous improvements and identify the end to end KPIs to have a tower level lead metrics
  • Identify & implement standardization within processes across region
  • Gather detailed activity list on qualified process
  • Should be able to coach, guide , influence & motivate the team to achieve target
  • Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans
  • Prepare Process automation plan guide
  • Project Governance
  • Track progress and update partners on project charters
  • Communicate, coordinate & initiate actions ensuring seamless & smooth function of the transformation processes
  • Setup and Manage all governance around Transformation with the internal and external partners
  • Prioritize projects based on dependencies
  • Assess actual vs committed to determine whether the team is on target to reach contractual commitment and takes corrective actions as necessary
  • Develop transition plan for recognized FTE from client
  • To be on top of the transformation agenda and as per the plan be ready get people hired on time and timely pre training is provided to initiate the next steps
  • Planning and execution frameworks discussing with operations team
QualificationMinimum qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master s degrees in Supply Chain Management / Operations Research / Manufacturing management / Logistics
  • Good experience in one of SCM areas Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning / CPFR, Logistics, Inventory Management expertise.
  • Functional knowledge of technology tools / platforms in the supply chain space (SAP SNP/DP, JDA SCP/DM/Factory Planner, Llamasoft Optimization, Kinaxis Rapid Response etc.)
Preferred qualifications
  • CA/ICWAI with relevant experience (MBA or equivalent) of transformation/Analytics experience in R2R and P2P domain
  • Prior understanding of the Trading business, R2R, MDM, Order Management & project management experience is preferred
