Job Description

    Job Summary:Responsible for recruiting and developing agents to meet business targets while ensuring a customer-centric approach. The role includes building a robust pipeline of agents and driving their performance through effective training and support.Key Responsibilities:Agent Recruitment:
    • Develop various sources for agent hiring to build a strong team and maintain a robust agent pipeline.
    • Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate referrals for new agent hiring.
    • Implement the MNYL GOLD process and adhere to business norms.
    • Follow the agent 9-pointer hiring mechanism and other established hiring norms.
    Agent Development:
    • Ensure comprehensive product knowledge through MNYL training methods.
    • Conduct field demonstrations (FODs) to enhance agent skills.
    • Foster the development of agent prospecting, calling, and work habits.
    Meet Business Targets:
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
    • Improve agent productivity and persistency through regular performance reviews (PRP), individual development (IID), and group initiatives (GID).
    • Maintain the companys product mix sales ratio while adhering to business norms.
    • Ensure agent activity aligns with the business plan.
    Customer Centricity:
    • Act as an MNYL brand ambassador and champion customer satisfaction.
    • Follow MNYL sales practices to build deep customer loyalty.
    • Hold periodic customer meetings to gauge customer needs and feedback.
    • Ensure timely and satisfactory responses to customer queries in line with MNYL standards.
    Measures of Success:
    • Achievement of business plan and GPA targets.
    • Successful recruitment, development, and activation of agents as per the plan.
    • Increase in the number of EC (Executive Council) and MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) agents.
    • Enhanced agent persistency according to MNYL grid standards.
    • Achievement of GOLD scores per MNYL standards.

    Hiring Specifications (CLEAN Filter):
    • C: City - Must have spent a minimum of 4 years in the city.
    • L: Loyalty - Average tenure of 1.5 years.
    • E: Experience - Minimum of 2 years for AADM (Agency Development Manager).
    • A: Age - 24 to 38 years for AADM.
    • N: Non-negotiable on CLEAN criteria.
