Job Description

    Greetings from Tech Mahindra!Contact no :hidden_mobile - Naveen HRWe are currently hiring for Backend process to work with an International team here in the Hyderabad location.Role: Associate AnalystLocation: Hyderabad (WFO 5 Days working)Experience: 2years 6Years (In any international project, and must be able to manage our stake holders from US & UK)Shift: UK (12PM 9:30PM, Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun) Two way transportation will be given with in the radius of 30KMS from Our Hi-Tech city office.Client: UK Based (Product Related)Responsibilities:
    • Communicate with the project stakeholders to prepare data for the data-fixing process and run reports
    • Provide support on internal systems, such as SAP and the Publishing System, to colleagues within the ELT business, as required
    • Run weekly/monthly scheduled reports for assigned projects
    • Manage Basic Change Form and other requests via JIRA
    • Assist with data cleansing projects, as instructed by your Reporting Manager
    • Track all emails related to each request
    • Analyze the timeline and enforce SLA around the milestone timelines
    • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews
    • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
