Job Outline

  • Coordinate and support the conduct of the one-year Advanced Management Program in Infrastructure Management
  • Source participants for Advanced Management Program in Infrastructure Management
  • Source, coordinate and deliver research projects in domains of infrastructure and real estate management
  • Support the development of additional educational and learning programs in Infrastructure Management
  • Be responsible for the administrative coordination and working of the Institute
  • Contribute to research papers and publications in infrastructure and real estate space.
  • Make the MIS on periodic progress of the Institute, based on requirements.

  • Provide leadership to the learning and research activities of the Punj Lloyd Institute of Infrastructure Management
  • Coordinate and support the conduct of the one-year Advanced Management Program in Infrastructure Management
  • Source participants for Advanced Management Program in Infrastructure Management
  • Source, coordinate and deliver research projects in domains of infrastructure and real estate management
  • Support the development of additional educational and learning programs in Infrastructure Management
  • Be responsible for the administrative coordination and working of the Institute
  • Contribute to research papers and publications in infrastructure and real estate space.

  • Job InterfaceRelationships: Internal External
  • Coordinating with faculty, Academic Support Administration, Center for Executive Education, Operations, Finance and HR teams for the day-to-day activities and requirements of the Institute
  • Interactions with students student clubs and participants of the Institutes programs to work on any possible event, research where they can be part of.
  • Coordination with the affiliate faculties of the centre for their research
  • Liaison with any external organization body for sourcing candidates for the Advanced Management Program for Infrastructure
  • Liaison with any external organization body for sourcing joint research, conferences events.
  • Lookout for any possible tie ups with research and educational institutes for long term tie ups and collaboration.
  • Outreach to donors for possible funding of projects
  • Own and enable the Eminent Speaker Series for the InstituteS.N Key Responsibilities % Time Spent 1. Source potential students for the one-year Advanced Management Program in Infrastructure Management. Coordinate and support the conduct of the program. Support the eminent speaker series and the action learning programs. 30 2 Source, coordinate and deliver research projects in domains of infrastructure and real estate management 15 3 Support ongoing research initiatives of affiliated faculty. Contribute to research papers and publications in infrastructure and real estate space. 20 4 Assist in developing new short-term programs for the Institute 15 5 Assist the Executive Director in the overall administration of the Punj Lloyd Institute of Infrastructure Management 20 Skills and Qualifications
  • Job Specification Knowledge: Qualification Master s degree in a field related to one or more of the Infrastructure Management sectors such as Urban Planning, Energy, Transport, Real estate, Finance, Economics, etc. Skills: Technical Expertise in one or more fields in Financial analysis, economic analysis, structuring PPP, learning design, andor a suitable engineering domain, Quality Certification, Process Management Behavioural Excellent interpersonal skills 10 - 15 years, preferably in an academic institution 1. Coordinate and support the conduct of the one-year Advanced Management Program in Infrastructure Management Support the eminent speaker series and the action learning programs Popularity of program Number of participants enrolled 30% 2.
