The global IT Technology Hub in India will play a significant role in the delivery of IT services across all five of our global capability teams:Chief Technology Office (CTO)Global IT OperationsGlobal Information SecurityGlobal Development DeliveryStrategy, Planning TransformationQualifications/ RequirementsFunctional Responsibilities:Driving the development, delivery, and refinement the Information Technology (IT) architecturesDevelopment, refinement, publishing, and socialization of patterns, policies and guidelines, and technology standardsOversight of assessments and compliance with IT standardsEnsuring the successful deployment of standard solutions and new capabilitiesProvide guidance and recommendations to the Infrastructure Architecture teams on standards and designs.Author best practice and pattern documents for security solutions based on PepsiCo standardsProduce architecture and engineering specifications and design documentsLead the architecture direction and design issues as well as influence peers, cross- functional partners, and IT leadershipEffectively presenting facts and recommendations in oral and written form.Strong project resource management skillsAbility to work with virtual teams (remote work locations); lead team of technical resources (employees and contractors) based in multiple locations globallyLead technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/ requirements to build robust solutionsITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure library) certificationAbility to work with agile delivery methodologies in the ingratitude spaceStrong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirementsProven ability to manage large project budgets.A minimum of 10- 15 years as an architect or senior engineer or more years of technology and IT experience7 years in IT Infrastructure services in delivery and/ or architecture and engineering and/ or Operations domains.Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with a master s degree preferredExperience with network, compute, cloud, end user, collaboration, and audio- visual architectures.Experience with infrastructure, tools, process, methods, and fundamentals used to protect enterprise and large headquarters sites.Expert in architecting and engineering infrastructure solutions.Experience in the architecture, engineering, design, development, and deployment of IT applications and solutionsSolid technical aptitude, leadership, mentoring, and customer facing skillsThe capability to lead evaluations proof of concept deployments of IT and security technologies and solutionsExceptional analytical and problem- solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExpert influencing and leading distributes teams in a large corporate environmentComprehensive understanding of local and wide area networks and topologies, compute and storage technologies, voice and video communications platforms, end- user device technologies, as well as collaboration/ sharing platforms.Proven ability in managing large scale infrastructure refreshes, consolidating and modernizing technology footprints, cloud integration and migration, and network traffic/ capacity optimization.Ability to lead multiple internal and vendor teams effectively, manage deliverables and outcomes through multiple managed service providers.Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies.Understanding of IT project budget management, planning and forecasting.Strong communication and presentation skillsAnonymized data is stored for redirects to the career site tracking successful searches leading to job applications in effort to measure effectiveness of partners in sourcing job candidates and job searches.
