The global IT Technology Hub in India will play a significant role in the delivery of IT services across all five of our global capability teams: Chief Technology Office (CTO) Global IT OperationsGlobal Information SecurityGlobal Development & DeliveryStrategy, Planning & Transformation Qualifications/ Requirements Functional Responsibilities: Lead teams of solution architects/ developers and develop Cloud Native Platform to facilitate ultra - fast software delivery Executing actions - Working with EA and business groups to align. Provide vision and clarity to design modern eCommerce applications to deliver state of the art capabilities to our business teams at the speed of business while being cost effective. Work across functions and levels to deliver solutions. Technology/ vendor evaluation and selection for full development and hosting stack to ensure best of breed technology is in place for our solutions. Executing Actions Working with EA to alignBuilding reusable platform components by utilizing knowledge of salesforce integrations and microservices that can be leveraged by our global organization. Lead transformation from project - based development to platform based development. Design for reuse and redeploy - ability and align business stakeholders to drive common processes/ solutions and identify business process improvements. Technical leadership to existing employees to fast track modernizing skill for our digital transformation helping existing employees modernize their skills including salesforce, eCommerce capabilities. Broad Industry knowledge and thought leadership and eCommerce experience (SME) . Ability to look at the big picture and understand context of business needs and help set IT roadmapAbility to deal with competing priorities while staying productiveTeam Leadership and confidenceAbility to sell and take people alongAbility to listen and understand other perspectives and consider them in decisions7+ years in a team leadership role defining solutions/ Leading teams for modern eCommerce solutions at scale in a corporate environment comparable to pepsico. 10+ years of software development in Java/ Salesforce (cloudcraze/ demandware preferred) and deep knowledge of web protocols (HTTP) , web services and Restful API s. knowledge of one or more commerce platforms like ATG, SAP Hybris or other preferred. 7+ years of front - end development in salesforce or non - salesforce environments (JavaScript/ ES6, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue) 3+ years working on cloud native technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Wide breadth of IT experiences in all stages of commerce engagements including marketing content strategy (CMS) , experience management and conversion/ sale. Deep understanding and experience with evolutionary software architectures that utilize micro services, APIs, event driven platforms.
