Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of up to 20. The profile of the team is mix of Data Analysts (DA), Quality Analyst(QA), EDI Technical Consultants, and Support Consultants.
  • Participate in implementations of Model N systems as a member of the Professional Services Team. Along with individual delivery, drive the delivery of his team members. Introduce, monitor and improve processes that will help deliver high quality outcome.
  • Drive data loading efforts. Work with customer to explain format of data, help customer with mapping, analyze content, perform data loading, and report errors to customer.
  • Plan and execute the professional developmental plan for team. Mentor and advise the team in meeting their deliveries. Conduct annual appraisals for all team members.
  • Provide consultation and support when needed, to Professional Services colleagues.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Work experience of 12 years. About 5 years of managing a team of around 10 people. Experience in similar domain/ areas of work is preferred.
  • Strong experience in all aspects of software development life cycle; emphasis on applying formal methodologies and tools. Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Siebel, Oracle, etc.) implementations and integrations is preferred.
  • Working Knowledge of Data tools, EDI, SQL/Database. High level understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence principals . Experience in implementing data ETL processes
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment and effectively meet project deliverables on time. Should be detail-oriented, have good problem solving and possess strong customer service skills .
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations, can work in teams and manage time and projects.
