Job Description

This role will managelead baseline operations for PBNA Legacy application portfolio focused on Foodservice, Finance & Enabling Functions. This will include acting as the cluster lead and partnering with managed services partners operations within Hyderabad ODC. This role will have responsibility of service level management and operational governance, ensuring in an effective and transparent way IT services are transferred to production support, making sure that policies, processes and procedures are in place to protect our operating services, assuring that any modifications or transitions to the production environment (affecting either new, modified, retiring or retired services) meet the agreed expectations of the business, customers and final users. This means that all modifications to operational environments should be managed, planned and coordinated through service transition Lead to facilitate a smooth transition. Accountability: - Service level managementInvoicing with MSA partners - Demand Work In-take governance - Change ControlOrder procedure with MSA for Major Enhancements - Service Improvements - KPI and Service reporting Years of Experience: 14+ total experience 8-10 years project management 5-7+ years vendor management 3-5 years of people management Prior experience in managed service model is a plus Finance management experience 3+ years is a plus Mandatory tech skills: Client-server legacy architecture knowledge Oracle, Sybase, Java, Oracle EBS, Siebel skills is a plus Strong communication skills Influential leadership skills with excellent drive People leader with strong skills to motivate and recognize talent Ability to work in ambiguous situations Working across time zones Ability to influence and negotiate with vendor partners Positive attitude
