New roles dedicated to innovation continue to be created to focus on breakthrough opportunities.The role contribute to or support aspects of planning, design, development and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area, in alignment with design and architectural standards and business requirements. Capture, qualify and help prioritize new IT demand and ensure IT services provided to business are meeting service quality standards as per agreed SLAs.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the IPA demand in the CHA function and leading the demand shaping and execution of the projects Organize solution design, development and deployment efforts for projects by compiling the required resources and assigning responsibilities according to a defined time schedule Ensure that detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification and designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation also the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business and that all work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints. Support, day-to-day operations of systems and applications in scope to ensuring their stability and integrity, and meeting customer service levels. Ensure Applications developed take into consideration the Hybrid Agile SOP and adhere to the Security and Compliance policies and ensure adherence to documented operational procedures to maintain system integrity Ensure Stakeholder reviews are performed for both applications developed and in production for identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement EEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Robotic Process Automation Digital User Experience Design Thinking Agile Bachelor degree in engineering (BE/BTech) in computer science or related area Must have Knowledge of Estimating project scope and level of effort for new projects and/or existing projects that require changes tasks, duration, resourcing, etc. Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle and must have worked on large scale implementations in the past Solid background of implementing large scale projects and have Strong technology background of developing and deploying solutions to the cloud infrastructure Must be able to run ideation workshops and generate demand for the service.
