Associate Manager Hyderabad 2 The Manager- Associate is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with channel partners i.e. Partner Associates to achieve sales , profitability , and partner recruitment objectives.Provide assistance to leadership in determining the scale , size and composition of the Prosper Overseas network in terms of Partner Associates in various locations to deliver Prosper strategy;Identify locations for suitable Partners/ Associates in line with Prosper organizational strategy;Setting out targets and making a full proof Business Plan by reviewing performance of the Existing Associates on the basis of last two intakes. Business Plan should incorporate methods on how business can grow. Having meeting with BD Team for discussing on strategies on how such business targets can be achieved and enhanced every month.Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume (i.e. student conversions) and strategic objectives for all partner accounts.Help in on- board network members by coordinating with other parts of the Prosper organization;Proactively assess , clarify , and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.Intervene when required to ensure that support from the Prosper support organization is always available to network members at the agreed Service Levels and helps manage escalations and issues.Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally , and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.Work closely with Business Development team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution , keeping in mind standard response time.RequirementOverall 5- 9 years of Associate sales experience in a business- to- business sales environment.Minimum 2- 4 years of relevant experience in the education consulting industryExcellent communication skills;Good interpersonal/ negotiation skills.Post Graduate in Business Management will be an added advantage manager type= hidden > Apply,
