Job Description

  • This position is on the Global Service Management Process team. This is part of the Service Management Org under Global Operations. The role reports to the IT Operations Senior Manager for change management.
  • This role is responsible to define, document and deploy the change management process globally. This includes defining workflows, RACIs, defining functional requirements for tool enhancements. This also includes aligning stakeholders on process and tool as well as carrying out org change mgmt. activities related to global deployment of the process.
  • Helps drive Change Management compliance and operational stability though review, approval and scheduling of changes. Assists in the preparation and review of changes to support the cross functional review and global Change Advisory Board.
  • Monitor myIT Servicers process queues and SPA mailboxes to ensure timely resolution of incidents and tasks.
  • Proactively analyze process execution, identify and monitor process KPI to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Create, publish and maintain an online community for global collaboration consistent with the standard approach.
  • Collaborate with sector and regional subject matter experts to build relationships and enhance operational process knowledge.
  • Develop a strong understanding of service management ITIL processes and how they are leveraged to deliver value to customers

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Need to be collaborative, cooperative and adaptable while working with the diverse global change customer base.
  • Strong working knowledge of the change processes and tool functionality in myIT Services.
  • Good problem solving, forward thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft and other applicable tools.
