Sandoz, a division of Novartis, is a global leader in generics and biosimilars and is committed to playing a leading role in improving access to medicines worldwide.Your key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administer relevant ordering documentation in line with compliance requirement (e.g. upload of quotations and Procurement Request Forms to SAP/SRM). Interface for NBS and TPRM and related documentation as per SDC/NBS processes as well as suppliers and the development project teams for all project related technical discussions. Accountable to organize and communicate vendor and product related documents (e.g technical, IP, Regulatory, Quality) and maintenance of documentation archive. Change management and creation of Change requests related to DMF updates, COA re-test date extensions; API production sites overview (interface with QA, audit planning).Conducting supplier/sourcing KPI analysis. Collaborate with other associates to facilitate deliveries of R&D materials and to support registration activities. Logistic overviews and monitoring/acceleration of open deliveries. Maintain up-to-date supplier status with regard to required processes (e.g. prices, CDAs, TPRM, Audit Planning). SIM: vendor/manufacturer code creations/extensions, Material code activation support. Responsible for managing project related sourcing activities from allocation to launch and achieving key sourcing deliverables and project timelines in alignment with all stakeholders. Supply management: Ensure timely availability of APIs, excipients, packaging materials, standard, comparators and services required for development projects. Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: 3-5 years working experience, ideally from Pharma generic product development /API development/ Sourcing /Supply chain management / Marketing / Portfolio / Business development / HR. University degree in Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics or other relevant discipline.
