Job Description

  • Core Operations Management : Manage multiple teams / team members to ensure successful service delivery to various stakeholders across the globe.
  • People Leadership: Develop and maintain a world class and productive team. Ensure strong focus on short and long term objectives, training, succession planning, career development, and managing career opportunities.
  • Global stakeholder management: Maintain a harmonious relationship with global stakeholders, effectively syndicating on relevant issues, influencing to arrive at the right decisions
  • Controls Mindset: Ensure operational practices are in compliance with relevant risk standards, policies and regulations to maintain an effective control environment. Responsible for Errors, Business Continuity, SOX, RED Events, Breaches/Incidents and Quality Assurance
  • Delivery of Strategic Programs: Support and manage the delivery of the Firm s strategic programs in a high quality, cost effective, timely and sustainable manner with risks and issues identified, prioritised, escalated and managed in a timely and open fashion. This includes effective resource management (project / people / technology), and all budgetary and economic elements of delivery.
  • Change Leadership: Lead the change initiatives across the P RD function in a seamless manner in close partnership with the global stakeholders. The successful individual will effect improvement across all aspects of delivery and Target Operating Model.
  • Re-engineering Initiatives: Partner with Technology and the lines of business, to deep-dive and identify potential opportunities and drive towards executable solutions, improving controls and delivering cost saves
Qualifications
  • MBA or an advanced degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years Reference Data / KYC / Operations experience with a top-tier Bank / BPO, including 3+ years people management experience motivating and leading large teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with business partners and other support functions.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver on commitments
  • Must be a great team player with a high degree of flexibility, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, should be comfortable dealing with senior management
  • Proactive control and risk management, addressing gaps in processes and escalating issues to benefit the business and clients in a dynamic environment
  • Consultative in approach, understanding and anticipating business partner needs and proactively delivering solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Open to work in any shift.
