Job Description

    *Associate, Prodution Support for TRAX (TReasury Application for foreign eXchange), Investment and Trading Technology Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities
    • Provide Level 2 Support for TRAX application.
    • Responsible for keeping application and production environments in optimal operation.
    • Act as a gate keeper to production. Making sure all items going into production has all the necessary documentations and approvals.
    • Collaborate closely with other internal technical teams/business users in investigating, testing and implementing Application fix.
    • Religiously follow established escalation procedures specially during outages.
    • Responsible for handling Change Management, raising Change Request and scheduling for the implementation of fixes and/or ad hoc requests.
    • Act as a facilitator and coordinate between various teams like Infrastructure, Level 1, Application vendor to resolve complex issues and outages
    • Ensure accurate and timely incident and problem logging.
    • Track incidents/requests and provide regular updates to users on status and progress.
    • As part of continual service improvement. To performing root cause analysis and regular reporting to identify areas for review/improvement.
    • Write scripts and suggest automation to improve efficiency/effectiveness of support team.
    Requirement
    • Over 5 years experience as production support role.
    • Has working experience on Banking/Foreign Exchange applications.
    • Sound knowledge of SDLC process.
    • Highly familiar with testing methodoligies.
    • Familiarity on service oriented architecture.
    • Knowledgeable with Golang and Python
    • Familiar with MariaDB, KAFKA, Openshift, MQ, CD, Jenkins, BitBucket.
    • Some exposure working with Network and Firewall team.
    • Effective communicator, with the ability to communicate with business/users.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and duty.
    • Independent, proactive, demonstrate can-do mentality but also a strong team player.
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent results.
