We are looking for a Associate Program Manager for one of our esteemed Clients for Hyderabad , India Location.Roles & Responsibilities :Prepare reports for senior management team about product development progress and milestones, etc. on a weekly, quarterly and yearly basisTrack and drive completion of key deliverables, and follow- up on outstanding action itemsDiligent follow- ups, tracking and reporting to ensure new initiatives, programmers and associated tasks progress at the desired speed.Send reminders, task overdue/ completion notifications, post- clourse communication for each activity/ taskEnsure all coordination activities for multiple stakeholders are completed and well- managed.Support knowledge management and maintain a repository of product related documentations and activities for easy access and consumption as and when required by multiple stakeholders.Manage activity calendars, and schedule, prioritize, and coordinate large scale meetings.Coordinate and track different checkpoints and milestones in the product development and release life cycle by liaising with key stakeholders.Ensure that all activities related to product release(s) are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.Plan, coordinate and track product release activities including product collateral revision, end user training, etc.Monitor overall success of coordination activities.Demonstrate high- level of interpersonal skills to explain information to concerned teams while coordinating and setting up training for team members.Requirements: Graduate degree in Computer Science with minimum of 3 years of professional experience.Well versed with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. SharePoint/ knowledge management experience is desired but not mandatory.Experience carrying an operations workload, juggling multiple competing business priorities, and working under tight deadlines.Proven communication skills, specifically in the areas of active listening and open questioning .High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.Team player flexibility to adapt to new working environment, assertive, persuasive and ability to drive agenda forward and experience working in a diverse environment.,
