Job Description

Position Description Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, supervise and be accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
  • End-to-end Automation: Design, develop and verify automated test cases (System/Functional) using Java/Selenium/Cucumber/and similar technologies
  • Handle all responsibilities as SDET
  • Regularly evaluate available test automation solutions and identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor and guide rest of the QE folks of Team
  • Status report on Automation tasks
  • Attend and contribute to Scrum Meetings
  • Assist in troubleshooting application defects
  • Interact with various stakeholders such as Product Managers, project leads and global team to coordinate design and development of features you own
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience developing Test Automation tools (Selenium with Java) and well versed with manual test use case scenarios
  • Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in E2E Automation, Building frameworks, ATDD experience
  • Good experience on Automation Testing, Selenium, Web UI testing, API testing
  • Good working experience with Hybrid, TestNG, ATDD frameworks
  • Healthcare domain experience
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Good team player, change/innovation agents and self-starter on different technology
  • Excellent communication skills
