Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and manage high performing MEAN Stack, Java/J2EE web application
  • Propose innovative solutions for the existing problems of the Product
  • Constantly look at Performance & Security aspects and propose architectural solution for security vulnerabilities
  • Propose and implement best in class solution for big and complex systems
  • Define and create design documents and discuss different pros and cons of any particular approach with Architecture council
  • Develop detailed design specifications as per product need
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Participate in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
  • Develop innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
  • Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance
  • Provide technology leadership to the team
  • Mentor and guide them whenever required
  • Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
  • Participate in monthly PMR
  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/BE/MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 8-12 years of experience in Java and J2EE technology stack
  • Proven experience in creating/working inspirational and highly motivated team
  • Handled features of a product independently with the ability to own up the modules/requirements and drive them to the delivery
  • MVC, exposure to any UI framework, JavaScript
  • Any ORM framework (Hibernate, etc.)
  • Web Services
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements/ workflows
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good grasp on data structures and algorithms
  • Ability to design and develop high quality working software
  • Ability to contribute on all parts of SDLC, good awareness of product development
  • Ability to directly contribute to feature implementation with best industry standards
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Java certification (SCJP)
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum) model of execution
  • Experience in fixing Security related issues in the code
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare domain or AHM 250 certification
