PROCESS BRIEF The Global Benchmark Datafeed Support group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet s benchmark data feed products. Our aim is to streamline our client s internal processes with FactSet data delivery via FTP or web services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will be given immediate responsibility, working directly on exciting and challenging projects and delivering business solutions for our clients. Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: Project management and support of new client implementations Day to day support of existing clients Client relationship management External and internal training Involvement in product development JOB REQUIREMENTS We welcome ambitious team players with proven ability to take initiative and find creative solutions.
