Job Description

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing thesales and new sales.
  • Getting New Sales by targeting new clients and building good sales funnel
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expandscompanys client network and ensure its strong presence.
  • Identify Distributors within assigned territory.
  • Manage sales activities of Distributor to generate revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
  • Evaluate distributors sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Address distributors related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationship with distributors to build business.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning withcompany sales policies and strategies.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the qualityof our companys relationship with them.
  • Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate the same tosuperiors.
  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.
  • Assist in distributors marketing activities and other promotional activities.
