Handling entire operation activities of the assigned outlet. Managing Stock & Inventory Management. Product presentation, Visual merchandising and display in the stores to be at desired levels. Handling marketing activities, legal activates and local store promotions. Managing a team of sales executives. To ensure that products are displayed and advertised in accordance with the specifications. Achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability of the store. Preparing Duty Roaster ensuring manpower availability on the floor at all times. Ensuring all CSAs, SAs are trained in basic product knowledge & Billing. Auditing the Stocks, MIS reporting and handling administrative responsibilities. Maintain and monitor the accounts of assigned outlet. To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets. Maintain acceptable levels of housekeeping in the stores. Handling customer grievances and maintain customer relationship. Inventory management, shrinkage control, ensure minimal pilferage and damage to material, coordination with logistics and supply chain team to ensure stock availability to customer at all times. Subordinate development, training and performance management of the team. ,
