Graduate / Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 5- 7 years of work experienceOur organization is searching for a dynamic Auto Plant Administrator to take on the responsibility of overseeing all the admin activities in order to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of performance, and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost- effective manner that s consistent with quality requirements. Candidate will also delegate authority to key supervisors in Engineering production, manage all other relevant job functions involved and direct and coordinate operations for the processing. The role of Auto plant administrator involves a great deal of multitasking. You will work with teams, oversee the operations within your company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of your company.Technical Competencies: Very Good Exposure in Software loading Project setup & Administration Specification generation and troubleshooting Report customization Reporting to Senior Manager - Engineering Division Knowledge of work- share online/ off line Day- to day administrative activities like project back up, synchronizing the database, assigning the ownership etc. Technical Skills: Bentley Auto plant, Catalog Manager, Engineering Manager, Rules Manager, Data Dictionary MS- Office skills are a must. Graduate / Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 5- 7 years of work experience in mid- size engineering organization / consultancy Petrochemical/ Refinery/ Power/ Oil & Gas/ Process Able to manage internal and external communications Fluency in written and oral communication Ability to manage competing deadlines Proven ability to work effectively within a team, coordinating work with colleagues; providing advice to other members of the team.,
