Job Description

    Role Summary/Purpose:The selected candidate will be a part of Growth Performance Marketing rolling up to Synchrony, India. The candidate would be a part of SYF India Automation email execution team under Growth Marketing, where he/she will be responsible to execute marketing automated campaigns with proper documentation & highest level of accuracy.Essential Responsibilities:Work within designated email platforms to build Sequences, execute test files and successfully launch marketing campaigns.Monitor automation campaign launches on a daily basis, ensuring datafiles are shipped as expected.Maintain project tracker to reflect current status of all the projects and completion dates.Maintain good communication rhythm with channel/client team stakeholders throughout the Sequence lifecycle on campaigns.Strong adherence to SLAs on timelines, accuracy & compliance.Ensure all campaigns meet required campaign documentation.Liaise with other teams to agree upon campaign timelines and priorities.Ability to execute within a timeline-driven environment and handle multiple, shifting priorities at the same time.Assist with Legal & Compliance approval of Creative & Data within campaign management system.Qualifications/Requirements:Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Experience in working with different functions and able to drive the results.Strong hands-on experience on MS office tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Must be a Graduate or aboveUnderstand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applyingInform your Manager or HRM before applying for any role on Workday.Ensure that your Professional Profile is updated (fields such as Education, Prior experience, Other skills) and it is mandatory to upload your updated resume (Word or PDF format) Those who are on Formal/Final Formal Corrective or PIP are not eligible to applyEmployees who have completed 18 months in SYF and 12 months in current role are only eligibleWilling to provide overlap till 2.30 PM ESTDesired Characteristics:Knowledge of process steps to automate campaigns in Dream/Harmony.Understanding of retail card business, Payment Solutions, Care Credit and Consumer Banking.Understanding of campaign automation requirements.Grade/Level: 08Job Family Group:Marketing,
