Job Description

    POSITION: Sales EngineerJOB DESCRIPTION:Meet Individual & Organizational business targets-strategic & TacticalLead Customer Advocacy effort w.r.t requirements & the solutions.Masterfully create, build & close business opportunities on monthly basis.Ensure Daily customer visits & map assigned territory to the optimum level.Responsible for closure of work order on daily /project basis on completion of job.Ensure timely release of payment from customer against the business booked.Responsible for pre- Sale Activities .Timely build cost effective Solutions/ technical proposals matching the customer expectations & needs.Role:i. Meet annual Sales targets.ii. Map assigned market & develop customer affinity.iii. Masterfully execute closer of sales keeping profitability in mindiv. Lead Customer Advocacy effort w.r.t requirements & the solutions.v. Effectively liaise with OEM/Vendors.vi. Responsible for smooth, timely & end to end business/Sales cycle. involving prospecting, closing, collection, Installation etc.vii. Responsible for opening & closure of work order on daily /project basis on completion of job.viii. Ensure timely release of payment from customer against the business booked.ix. Responsible for meeting customers on regular basis for the assigned market.x. Optimally Support Production & Installation team for closure of business for the company.xi. Initiate customer dialogue & generate new requirements.xii. Build healthy pipeline with qualified prospectsxiii. Timely submission of response/Presentations/proposals to the customers.xiv. Masterfully interface & drive - Design, Installation team for building effective solution to customer.KRAI. Meet annual business targets strategic & Tactical.II. Timely submission of response/Presentations/proposals to the customers.III. Map assigned market & develop customer affinity.IV. Masterfully execute closer of sales keeping profitability in mindV. Responsible for meeting customers on regular basis for the assigned market.VI. Responsible to timely raise work order for every Quotation to customer , Ensure timely submission of response/Presentations/proposals /quotation against enquiry to customer, Invoices, Performa Invoices to customers etc.VII. Ensure shipment TAT is met - from receipt of PO from customer up till delivery, return of core & payment.VIII. Timely build cost effective Solutions/ technical proposals matching the customer expectations & needs.Professional Experience & Academic Qualification:Academically Electronic /Aeronautical Engineering graduate /Diploma/ AME.Minimum Experience of 05 years in Sales in the Aviation Industry or equivalent.Any Avionics certifications or Aircraft Maintenance License is plus.Experience in working with Aviation Company will be given weightage.Techno-Commercial acumen is essential.Thorough understanding of Avionics.Customer oriented & effective handling is essential.Must have handled & executed business with Private & Government customers.Experience in handling DGCA, HAL & general aviation is plus.Behavioral Attributes:Go GetterTeam player.Customer orientedCommitted & result oriente,
