Job Description

    As a Senior Manager / AVP HR, you will be responsible for overseeing complex employee relations cases, including investigations and resolution processes, while balancing the interests of both the employees and the organization. You will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership and the HR team, providing expert counsel on legal matters, labor laws, and best practices in employee relations.Employee Relations Management:
    • Lead and manage employee relations efforts to address workplace issues, concerns, and grievances.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on complex employee relations matters.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution, mediation, and ensure timely resolution of workplace disputes.
    • Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
    • 10-15 years of experience in employee relations, legal affairs, or labor law, with a strong background in investigations, case management, and advising on complex legal matters.
    • Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR business partner working with senior leadership teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws, workplace regulations, and legal compliance.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in high-stakes, sensitive situations.
    • Ability to lead and manage investigations with discretion and professionalism.
    • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex legal and HR issues simultaneously.
    • Proven ability to influence and advise senior management on sensitive employee relations and legal matters.
