Job Description

    • Manage marketing campaign data file processing for SYF clients.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on customer targeting strategy, segmentation by keeping the data privacy and governance intact across marketing initiatives.
    • Build and track the customer journeys to have the appropriate offers sent out.
    • Build and use the customer profile templates for effective targeting and segmentation.
    • Works with and/or implements data integrations (in CDP platform) in support of customer use cases and journeys.
    • Subject matter expertise in CRM tools, SYF data warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression exclusions and file outputs.
    • Be a solution engineer by generating new ideas which can drive not only continual optimization of marketing campaigns but also the effective customer targeting.
    • Proactively propose, initiate & execute process improvement that creates business impact for campaign data file execution processes.
    • Multi-channel implementation, data driven marketing, design forward thinking.
    • Ensure all campaign file execution process controls are followed and file outputs are completed in a compliant manner according to SYF guidelines.
    • Lead & manage the development of team members also mentor team members on process execution and technical skills.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process and escalates issues as necessary and make contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.
    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 6+ years of working experience in Campaign Operations domain along with maintaining customer/client/vendor relationships or in lieu of degree, 8+ years of working experience in Campaign Operations domain.
