Job Description

Job Posting Title AVP, Product Owner Credit Transformation Agile Team (L 10):Job Description Summary: A critical role AVP, Product Owner will lead Credit Transformation Small Changes Agile Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background with a focus on Credit products and proven track record of representing the business, partnering with a cross functional project team, delivering projects on time and within budget. The candidate will own small changes requests from the business and work with other members in the agile team to ensure that all the projects are completed.Essential Responsibilities:

  • Become subject matter expert for owned product.
  • Collaborate with business owners to set product vision, identify business requirements, write user stories.
  • Plan and prioritize features and user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Align with Product Manager and other PRISM product owners at a program level.
  • Align with critical partners such as ECE, Data Lake and Digital to identify deliverables, dependencies and risks.
  • Lead the product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders such as IT, ECE, Digital, Operations, Compliance and Risk to help identify and prioritize ideas, new features.
  • Actively engage in PI (program increment) planning as part of the SAFe framework.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 7 years project management experience and a Bachelors degree
  • 3 years of experience leading software development projects
  • Experience with Agile software development framework, acting in the Product Owner role

  • High energy, self-motivated, with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
