Experience Level : 12 To 16 Yrs Below is the JD Role SummaryThis is Production support manager role with hands on experience based in Hyderabad.Candidate should be able to lead technical team of 6-10 analyst. He should be able to guide team on troubleshooting and managing large systems based on Oracle/Unix.Team works in 24x7 mode to support all the business locations. Selected candidate need to handle/manage audit, team rota, major incidents, application security etc related to production environment.Candidate will be facing 200+ stakeholders on day to day basis for delivery. System supported is a Oracle warehouse app with financial data of the bank.Must have:Must be proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle, Unix. must have expertise in PL/SQL programming, performance tuning.Experience in working with large systems with 50+ stakeholders. Should be able to demonstrate that he has led the technical teams in banking environment.Must have good interpersonal skills to work with upstream, downstream systems and business users.Should have experience in managing and improving performance of large systems.Desirable:Preferred to have Oracle 11g or later version certification on SQL, Application or DBA.
