Job Description

    Job Title: AWS Application SupportExperience: 5 to 12 YearsWork Timings: Rotational ShiftsWork Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)Responsibilities:AWS/ Application SupportRequirements:AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, ECS, Cognito, and Elastic Beanstalk, Cloudwatch.Applications: IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss, Node.js1. Working experience of AWS services and architecture, with proficiency in Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, ECS, Cognito, and Elastic Beanstalk etc2. Utilize AWS resources effectively to Identify and provide suggestions to optimize application performance and scalability within a cloud environment.3. Knowledge to Streamline Application Deployments on ECS, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda etc.4. Manage and maintain applications on AWS cloud, encompassing both PAAS and SAAS solutions.5. Thoroughly understand application deployment architecture, functionality, interfaces, and application flows to ensure efficient operations.6. Execute upgrades and. patching for JDK, .NET, and various application servers including IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss, Node.js, etc.7. Employ robust troubleshooting methodologies to address application issues promptly, collaborating with end users,application support teams, cloud and infrastructure teams, and DBAs.8. Analyze logs on platforms such as Tomcat, Spring Boot, Java, etc., to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.9. Ensure compliance with technology VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) standards, manage SSL certificates, and maintain security protocols.10. Understanding of Monitoring tools - CloudWatch, APM, Cloudwatch logs etc to troubleshoot the Applications.11.
