Job Description

Description

  • Implement cloud-based solutions
  • Determining the requirements of an organization for movement to cloud journey
  • Recommending best computing technologies and practices for IaaS/PaaS Azure
  • Evaluate new technologies in order to integrate them with the current systems
  • Deciding how to secure data effectively
  • Assist in resolving a technical issue
  • Provide BOM to clients
  • Technical Workshop delivery
  • Assist Support Team in resolving Azure Queries
  • Migrating from On-Prem to cloud per customer requirements
  • Migrate from other cloud providers to Azure
  • Create and implement Azure VM s/Storage/Network/SQL DB s/others according to project requirements
  • Working on Azure AD on Azure
  • Diagnose and identify issues on Azure and resolve in a timely manner
  • Provide the Root Cause Analysis after the issue resolution
  • Create Azure documentation as per customer requirement/s for existing and proposed architectures
  • Co-ordinate with Customers to get an understanding of any unknown scenarios and resolve it
  • Act as a bridge between Customer and MS in resolving the issue
  • Open severity cases with Microsoft on Azure and follow with all the intended parties till closure.
  • Keep track of the Azure projects and follow up with customers on prospective Azure projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems on Azure
  • Work with Sales managers in setting up the initial technical call
  • Guide/Educate customers on Azure queries during the technical discussions.
  • Be a part of other Azure activities if any based-on end customer requirements
  • Any other responsibilities assigned
  • Should be a self-paced learner
, Requirements
  • ProArch Experience 2 years or more
  • AZ 900 Certification is Mandatory. Submit a softcopy of the same along with profile submission
  • Other certifications on Azure AZ 103/303/304 are added advantage
  • Hands-on experience on Azure Infra and PAAS
  • Good at written and oral communication
  • Should be available on a need basis during holidays and weekends based on client requirements
