As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services for our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in backend development, with a strong foundation in Java and Golang, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and front-end engineers, to create scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend System Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services using Java and Golang to support high-traffic, data-intensive applications.
2. Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices architectures for large-scale distributed systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
3. 1. Cloud and DevOps: Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust, scalable deployments.
   2. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the backend systems for performance, latency, and reliability, ensuring that the system can handle increasing loads and scale effectively.
   3. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Regularly communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
   4. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior developers, helping them grow technically and fostering a collaborative team culture. Lead technical discussions and problem-solving sessions.
   5. Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for securing backend services, ensuring data privacy, and adhering to compliance standards.
   6. Agile Development: Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and code reviews, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
   Required Skills:
   • 8-12 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong command of Java and Golang.
   • Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
   • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
   • Solid experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools.
   • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges in large-scale applications.
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to lead technical discussions and deliver high-quality, well-tested code.Educational Requirements:
