Work with Team Leaders/ Department Managers in developing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans , by doing the following: Work closely with Technology team and help in doing BIA , IT Risk Assessment , creation of DR Plans and DR testing. Work in coordination with Facilities & Logistics team to structure DR Plans and implement Emergency Response plan. Develop and maintain manuals , SOPs , documentations and training materials. Able to demonstrate good understanding of BCM concepts and explain the same to BCM SPOCs. Must be able to coordinate and make significant impact to BCMS process at major delivery center in Hyderabad and support delivery center in Philippines. Coordinate BCM efforts with Headquarters at US and other locations. Create BCP scenarios and test all the critical enablers as decided through Mission criticality. Understand business functions across all lines of business to maintain flexible recovery strategies that respond to changes in technology and business structure. Conduct and ensure BCP awareness from time to time Conduct drills at organization level. Train all key and back -up personnel to a basic level of proficiency regarding their respective BCP roles and responsibilities. Provide recommendations to business to enhance current recovery & continuity strategies. Understand the impact of change management to existing plans and take actions necessary to ensure recoverability. Manage and maintain Emergency Alert Notification System. Take proactive initiatives to keep self -abreast of the developments around the world and evaluate the likelihood applicability and impact to FactSet business. Desired candidate profile: Have been part of mid -size IT or IT enabled service organization and has been key player in implementing BCMS Candidate should have min of 2 -3 years of experience in BCP related projects and have undergone certification training in BCMS. Candidate should be familiar with working on spread sheets , and other MS office software for maintaining data , develop presentations etc. Have been part of implementation of complete life cycle of BCMS implementation from BIA to Management Review/ Certification. Can quickly understand Business Operations to figure out Business risks in IT enabled services industry. Ability / Experience of working with multinational workforce and drive BCMS implementations strategies and goals. Should be ready to work or coordinate with teams working on multi shift and different time zones.,
