Looking for a BDM / BDE 5 To 7 Years of experience. Your role will be to concentrate on Domestic IT Staffing. You will handle aspects such as: Getting involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing. Client relationship management. Develop new client accounts for IT staffing business in India. Conduct market research to identify new target markets , prospect customers data - list. Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill. To arrange business meetings with prospective clients Coordination with Technical Team / Partners - Vendors / Clients to Support Sales Conversion. Requirement gathering Analysis , client co - ordination , Proposal Follow Up , Proposal making. Provide trustworthy feedback and after - sales support. Build long - term relationships with new and existing customers. Be accountable for revenue targets. Good communication skills.,
