Dear Candidates,Greetings!Roles & Responsibilities,Job Description1-2+ years of relevant experience working with Bench sales.Market our candidates to tier -1 companies, build a relationship with them, be a liaison to help the consultant with resume writing, interviewing skills & consultant care.Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry (Must place a minimum of 1-2 consultants per month MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview)Proficient to work with OPT,H1B,EAD,TN Visa, Green Card and US Citizens.Good Exposure on various tax-terms like - C2C,W2,1099Must know how to negotiate rates.Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads.Excellent communication and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.Must have strong US vendor relations (at least 10) Prime Vendor or Direct Client Only (NO Layers)Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.Ability to meet the targets on a regular basisAbility to develop a Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.Interested can send your resumes dinesh@horizonsoftech.netor hr@horizonsoftech.net, timesheets@horizonsoftech.netReach me on 8374770401.RegardsChandu
