Skills Required : * This is not an entry- level position.* University bachelor degree (Computer Science , Information Systems or Computer Engineering)* Minimum 5 years of combined experience in data warehousing / business intelligence / analytics and reporting systems.* Hands on management of reporting infrastructure.* Strong ability to analyze user requirements , make recommendations and implement solutions.* Experience in configuring and administering in SAP / BO BI 4.1 .* Core understanding of Business Objects architecture , security framework and content management.* Experience in migrating content between various BI environments* Self driven and should be able to troubleshoot and provide quick resolutions to server related issues.* Solid understanding and hands- on experience of Business Objects Applications (Universe Designer , IDT , WebI , Infoview , Crystal Reports , Dashboards) is a must.* Strong working knowledge of relational database structure , theories , principles and practices (Sybase; DB2; SQL Server). Very well versed with PL / SQL Stored Procedures , Triggers , Complex Queries , Sub Queries etc.* Experience in Data Modeling and Data Warehouse designs.* Full project management and development life cycle experience. * Strong oral and written communication skills* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills* Ability to prioritize and execute in high- pressured environment* Experience working with Business Managers , Architects , End users and all the stake holders in documenting requirements , providing estimates , creating High and Detail Level design specifications.,
