Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support of the Boomi Platform.Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware, software and networking.Answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.Verify warranty entitlement and determine appropriate action.Recreate, identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.Document problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.Provide basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.The successful candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of the Dell Boomi platform.Responsible for monitoring and addressing customer issues to understand their root cause and business impact.Active participation in our community with your unique experience.This is a customer-facing role in a very collaborative environment and therefore it requires strong communication skills.Work closely with customers and interface with our Engineering team to help find solutions for customersRequirements:Experience with any of the following technologies is preferred:SQL and XML technologiesSOAP/REST and HTTPExperience in connecting and working with different APIsBasic scripting experienceJava platform knowledgeExperience as a software engineer or developer and have a passion for helping partners and customers solve complex integration problems.Willing to work on at least one weekend(either Sat or Sun).The ideal candidate must have 1-4 years work experience in Customer Support or Development, or a college graduate with a Computer Science.,
