Job Description

    Training on credit card and its surrogates will be given at Sales units by the trainer during New Hire Orientation (NHO) for first 3 daysReporting Manager for the newly hired will be the Area Sales MangerBREs will have a target of 10 15 approved cards per monthIncentives will be based on per card basis once the minimum slab is achievedOffice timings will be from 9:45AM to 7:30PMWork Schedule:Monday to Saturday(including non working Saturdays)Branch reporting time 9:45AMBranch working timings till 4:30PMSSP reporting before 5:30PMApplication processing closes at 7:30PMAfter achieving the target in the branch, the BREs should report to their respective Sales Units/SSPs(Sales Service Provider)BREs to report to the ASM before leaving the premisesCandidates should have basic knowledge on credit cards and its usesSelection will be based on the interview performance given by the candidateDiscretion on selection or rejection will be solely the ASMs decisionExperienced & Freshers candidates are preferredCandidates should maintain good relationship with Branch Manager and staffCandidates should have android mobile device with internet connectionCandidates are also free to do outsourcing if the business demandsCareer Growth on performance Branch Relationship Associate (BRE) Sr BRE BRM UM
