The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.Key Responsibilities:1-Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to make informed decisions on brand positioning and strategy.2-Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation3-Creative Development: Lead the creative process. working with design and content teams to develop compelling and cohesive brand visuals and messaging. Ensure that all creative assets align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.4-Content Management: Develop and manage content strategies that effectively communicate the brand message across various platforms. Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for both online and offline channels5-Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Provide support in creating sales collateral and tools that enhance the sales process.6-Consumer Journeys: Map and optimize the consumer journey, identifying touchpoints for brand interaction and engagement. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.7- Media Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive media plans to maximize brand visibility Manage relationships with media partners and explore innovative advertising opportunities8-Event Management: Plan and coordinate brand-related events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Evaluate the success of events and recommend improvements for future initiatives.9-Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to build and maintain a strong online presence. Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
