Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission by aligning the company around the brands direction, choices, and tactics.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess ROI/ KPIs and take corrective action for future campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, competitors activities & develop the marketing plans & strategies
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • To ensure the timely development & dispatch of promotional mix (visual aid, brand reminder, gifts, C.M.E, advertisement, sampling)
  • Responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands & achieve desired target.
  • Strategizing Brand Plan, Campaigns, releasing a marketing calendar and managing Marketing P&L.
  • Developing theme and concept for communication, promotional inputs for all brand campaigns.
  • Analyzing market performance of brands, piloting the innovations, and targeting market share increment.
  • Conducting training sessions for sales teams relating to new products and knowledge of competition brands.
  • Conducting periodic meetings with field sales teams to understand the market scenario in different regions.
  • Seeking avenues for new product launch.
  • Preparing Marketing Promotions Budget and Sales Forecasts as per the trends of product performance & Market Opportunity Analysis.
  • Identifying therapy gaps New Product Development & New Business Opportunities.
