Job Description

    Job role- BUHR - Executive years of experience- 1-3years Salary range within 25,000A BUHRM has a broad range of duties, depending on the size, structure, and nature of the organization and the business unit. These responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, plans, and programs to support talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. BUHRMs also provide guidance and coaching to business unit leaders and managers on HR issues. Additionally, they analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas of improvement or opportunity for the business unit. Furthermore, BUHRMs are responsible for managing the HR budget and resources for their business unit. They also collaborate with other HR functions and stakeholders to ensure consistency of HR policies and practices across the organization. Lastly, they lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that support the business unit or the organization as a whole.Knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement Working knowledge of Onboarding to Exist formalities
