As a strategic partner for contact center leadership, the Selling Partner Trust, Abuse, Risk and Review ACES Business Analyst will continuously improve our Seller Support processes and services by driving high impact improvement projects as well as daily process improvement activities. You will experience a wide range of problem solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis, and you will prepare and execute regular program updates to senior management.Key Responsibilities: Design and execute analytic projects in collaboration with business (Program/Product Teams), data engineering, finance, business analysts, and other specialists. Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights. Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of both structured and unstructured data to help automate and optimize key processes. Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making., Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Maths, Finance, or related discipline 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role 3+ years of professional experience working with large data sets and writing complex SQL / R / Machine Learning code to gather data Proven experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Power BI Demonstrated ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner Superior verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external organizations 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role Advanced technical or business degree (MS, Masters in Information Science or MBA)
