Dear Candidate,We are engaged to locate best suitable candidates for Hyderabad location with FMCG.KEY RESULT AREASBusiness Analysis Monitor and analyze industry trends (Sales / Procurement) and market changes by performing market research through business intelligence andvaluations.Conduct Performance Analysis of Industry Peers and New Business Opportunities.Create informative, actionable inputs and reporting relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement provide key inputs to management.Conduct insightful, analysis to investigate ongoing or one time operational issues, any deviations on Budget vs. Actual.Analyze dash board & FIORI apps, progress by tracking activities; publishing progress reports; recommending actions basing on the approved plans.Screen, analyze and help execute new investment & acquisition opportunities.Lead the building of complex financial models related to M&A valuation and business economics.Analyze past results, performvariance analysis and make recommendations for improvements.Business Planning & Development Assist Management in developing the companys overall business strategy plan and assess company performance.Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments.Assist Management in developing business plans of relevant departments.Provide inputs to monitor and control existing and new Business Plans.Project / Program Management: Define the program governance (controls).Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.Plan and monitor the progress of each project.Manage and utilize resources across projects as well as their budgets.Develop project deliverables (financial models, presentations, automated reporting / forecasting tools) that help shaping the firms strategy.Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.Provide strategic guidanceto teams and project managers.Identify, drive, review and edit business process requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solution and manage the documentations related to each project.Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.Work in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Reports Performance daily / weekly & monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports.Create standard and ad-hoc reports, reporting and forecasting tools including dashboards.Attend business meetings as on when require & follow-up for compliance of decisions taken.DMSOverall DMS maintenance.Need to work with a Sales force application.Creation of Logins, beats assignments and user mappings in sales force application.Support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.Sales team coordination and understand their problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.Participate in cross-functional meetings or training to resolve recurring sales team technical issues.Analyzing and validating reports by using excel formulas Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, Sumif, Countif.It will be Monday to Friday and Saturday Half day working .if interested for JOB change please revert with updated profile along with bellow details1) Please attach your updated profile:2) Present CTC:3) Expected CTC:4) Notice Period:5) Willing to work from Hyderbad:Thanks.
