Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Business Analyst assists in obtaining, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting on client data, and providing data populations adhering to technical specifications to the Service Delivery teams within a prescribed time frame.Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Follows all applicable security policies with regard to clients data and documentation.
    • Assists in the acquisition, extraction, and transfer of client data.
    • Assists in reconciling and analyzing of client data, and performs reconciliation of client data using Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, and other tools.
    • Assists in the preparation of the final documentation of the data project.
    • Assists with the installation of custom data extraction tools.
    • Develops limited custom programming for Ryans invoice image extraction tool.
    • Assist in data extraction tool installation and testing, assist in performing client data extractions, and performs configuration of Ryans invoice image extraction tool and testing, as required by projects.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Skills:
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
    • The Consultant should have beginner knowledge of a database technology platform such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc. Business system applications experience such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.
    • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is desired.
    Education and Experience:
    • Any graduate with relevant work experience (at least of 3+ years) will be preferred
