Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE Manomay is a Global IT Consulting Firm for Insurance Industry within Insurance , we provide Consultancy Services to Property & Casualty Insurers / Reinsurers and Insurance Technology Vendors. With business technology alignment as the Emphasis , the Company works very closely with customers on issues primarily at strategic and operational levels and provides expertise through strategic planning , decision making , implementation and ongoing maintenance of IT Initiatives. The company s current customer base is in Caribbean Islands and Europe and has been working very closely with customers for implementation of Enterprise IT Vendor Products from Duck Creek / Accenture , IDIT Technologies , and Mphasis Wyde etc. The Company plans to expand base into US with Insurance Technology Vendors as the primary target , in 2014. The company is currently based out of Hyderabad , India and has plans to start the US Operations this year. Business Technology Liaison for Property & Casualty Insurance domain for key business functions such as Policy Admin / Claims / Billing / Reinsurance. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Requirements gathering , documenting of IT Systems Specifications and communication focus on user stories , business process flows , use case development , user interface specifications etc Business Scenario based Testing Configuration (Creation & Maintenance) of Products , Business Rules and Rating Use of automated requirements management tools Experience: 2 + years of relevant experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Technology Space (Application Development and / or Product Development) covering any one or more of the following Billing & Collections Experience with Business Analysis Tools Good computer skills with expertise in MS Excel , MS Visio and MS Power Point Specific implementation experience (from requirements gathering , Business Process Analysis perspectives) in P&C Enterprise Software Systems such as IDIT Technologies , Majesco Mastek , OneShield , Guidewire etc) is a big plus Direct P&C Insurance - Working experience in Underwriting and / or Claims is an advantage Desired Skills Excellent communication , documentation and presentation skills Good Analytical , Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills Appreciation of programming / technology techniques Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Masters in Technology with score 75% and above from any Institute of repute Professional Certifications in P&C Insurance is a plus (Preferable ,
