We pride ourselves on providing superior service to our clients, which includes having attention to detail, following the processes in place, and being able to adapt to a variety of situations.Skills, Knowledge & Experience 6 - 8 years experience as a Business Analyst Working on global ERP implementation as a Business Analyst Led or been a part of multiple ERP implementations across many verticals and can create custom views, reports, etc. Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills Experience in Syspro ERP is a plus Experience in developing or customizing reports using BI templates Assist in customization of BI reports Applies knowledge of business intelligence to resolve concerns or questions reported by BI system end- users Able to assume and complete assignments independently High attention to detail. Ability to organize and prioritize work. Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into an application and operational requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, and subject matter experts Preferred Skills Candidate should have strong knowledge of Syspro ERP Experience in the MSP industry would be beneficial.,
