The details are as follows:=Location := HyderabadOnly MalePackage =openPosition Vacant Business DevelopmentJob Responsibilities1) Understanding the flow for the entire project cycle of Pharma / Biotech projectsfrom concept to plant hand over understanding of Clients requirements2) Acting as a Single Point Contact for the Clients3) Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.4) Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.5) Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.6) Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.7) Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.8) Develop new strategies for meeting business targets9) Preparation of Marketing Communications & driving Branding activities10) Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.11) Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments12) Understand client requirement and prepare uotation preparation as per the project requirement.13) Well-versed with MIS, CRM and other BD reports Basic Requirements & Desired SkillsBasic Requirements1) Experience in Pharmaceutical/ Biotech projects includes Sterile, Non-sterile, High Potent Drugs formulation facilities etc.2) Should have handled Pharma/ Biotech project facilities as team leader3) Knowledge of Facility design as per FDA GMP/ MHRA/ WHO GMP requirements from Design to Start-up activities4) Open to travel (Domestic and international) and stay at the Project site (if required)5) Good Academics (through-out)Skills 1) Strong verbal and written communication skills 2) Excellent problem solving and time management skills3) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills4) Excellent networking skills5) Go-getter attitude 6) Good engineering aptitude and knowledge 7) Self-motivated and highly organized 8) Ability to work in isolation as well as with cross-functional teams 9) Must be an initiator10) Good in utilizing social media and internet for business results11) Excellent in Microsoft Word , Excel , PowerPoint and presentation.Qualification BE Production/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering (MBA would be added advantage) Diploma in Production/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering + MBA (Full TimeThanks & RegardsPranali KaranjeSr.Hr.Manager Recruitment
