Job Description

  • Responsible for academic & career counseling for prospective learners and their parents.
  • Handling Enquiry, Counselling with New students and Turning into enrollments.
  • Filling up the candidates as per batches.
  • Responsible for day to day student enroll/Walk-in.
  • Taking references from candidates.
  • Responsible for Students Enroll or Enquiries data.
  • Conducted counseling sessions for a group of students.
  • Responsible for monthly and annual student enrollment budgets.
  • Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Faculties.
  • Conducting thorough research of the current job trends
  • Mail marketing, Social media marketing and website posting for generating leads.
  • Prepared, maintained and updated students batch wise records.
  • Collecting fee & handling Petty cash.
  • Taking up the feedback from the students about the course.
  • Manage and supervise other staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tass.
  • Involved in recruitment drives, Walk-in Interview, and Scheduled interview Coordinations.
  • Following up with the candidates through emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinating with clients for the student selection procedure.
  • Lead generation through seminars
  • Handle placement activities for enrolled Candidates.
  • Proficient in conducting the training and development programs for the candidates.
PREFERENCES FOR A CANDIDATE :
  • Females ONLY
  • Having either or any sales experience, customer relationship, Marketing Experience, Business Development or having an orientation of making SALES (IN-HOUSE profile) as CAREER will be preferred.
  • Having 0-4 years of experience
  • An ability to cultivate relationships and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
  • Committed to working on long-term.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
