Job Description

    Key Accountabilities
    • Research, prospect, and close new independent business opportunities and maintain a consistently healthy pipeline.
    • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector.
    • Deliver profitable volume growth with sustainable management of the clientele.
    • Onboard new customers effectively & successfully ensuring a seamless transition to Project delivery Team.
    • Monitor competitor and independent market activity and propositions to ensure you are offering our customers the best solutions and insight from the biggest Foodservice provider in the world.
    • Deliver vs the market opportunity/target
    • Understanding and experience in Regulatory/Medical devices/ Medicines consulting.
    • Attend external industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and uncover new industry trends.
    • Play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating RegTrac events to showcase our services to potential and existing clients and network with key industry players.
    Highly commercial, youll have previous experience in a Field Sales role, driving growth and results, through the acquisition of a new business. It goes without saying that you put the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing the best solutions to support and enhance their business. Tenacious and resilient youre a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed and demonstrable experience of delivering against targets with excellent communication skills. Youll also need to be confident with the adoption of our modernisation program and the new technology we are adopting to improve the customer experience and optimise performance (Experience of salesforce while not essential, would be advantageous).Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience preferably in Lifesciences Regulatory Affairs consulting.
    • Strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
    • Proven business acumen in successfully fostering value-based relationships and a skill set that enables successful relationships with numerous levels of healthcare professionals Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
    • Exceptional presentation skills to help convey both the Regulatory and technical benefits of all consulting solutions to a variety of customer stakeholders.
    • Self-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Listens and presents with a high degree of comfort and credibility
    • Serves with passion and vigour, energy giver, organized, masters attention to detail, listens, has a high sense of urgency, brilliant on the basics of blocking and tackling, embraces accountability, and hates to lose.
